The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. They took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed, got it for me, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. They seem to genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I need parts!
The staff there was excellent help and knew exactly what I was needing. They were honest with me about part conditions and prices. I would definitely recommend them and continue to do business with this fine establishment. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!!!!
Had to get a tow because my tire fell off, rim and everything. I was planning on trading the car in soon anyway. He got to the point, but was very kind about it. He said if I salvaged it he wouldn’t charge me a dime, and he gave me about as much money for the car as a dealer would’ve if the tire had still been on. Great place even if you have to meet on bad circumstances.
Gave me wrong part and the part given looked was from a different type of vehicle and said it was interchangeable terrible staff except for a couple people.
Nick at Ekberg is the only guy I call for used parts. He is fair, honest, and will only treat you right. Hands down the best in our area.
