From the minute you enter the office you feel comfortable. Everyone is genuinely kind and helpful. It is easy access to check in, make appts. and just to walk in . The hours are great in case you need your doctor. There are so many other amenities they use for medical care. I love this place.
I made an appointment at 9:20am to avoid a long wait time. I was placed in a private exam room and left behind there for an hour without doctor follow up on February 24th. I walked out but not before addressing the medical staff for lack of professionalism and lack of acknowledgement by the doctor Ekanem Ohia, MD after waiting a long time. The wait time was unacceptable and since then, no follow up by the doctor or medical team has been attempted.
