⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I brought my Ram 3500 Cummins to EK Transmission with transmission trouble and couldn't be happier with the result. They clearly know their stuff: the diagnosis was quick and accurate, and the job was completed exactly as quoted and right on time. No surprises, no runaround. The customer service was great from start to finish. They were upfront and easy to deal with. If you've got a heavy-duty diesel and transmission issues, I highly recommend them.
So wonderful and helpful to deal with. I was leaving for the weekend and had concern of a transmission leak. They squeezed me in the next day and allowed me to leave only a couple hours behind schedule although with peace of mind that my transmission was ok to travel. They went over my vehicle in great detail to make sure it was safe to travel. Faith was very knowledgeable and provided very accurate and helpful information. Overall it was a great experience.
Amazing customer service! They were able to effectively and consistently communicate every step of my 5.3l V8 engine repair. With accurate qoutes and updates on parts and repair times sent directly to my phone it couldnt have been easier. They even included pictures so I could see myself and make informed decisions. Real professionals. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They undid the mess made by previous people and did the job properly, again demonstrated very clearly with photographs of their work. Faith was really helpful in explaining to... read more
The receptionist was friendly, empathetic, and helpful over the phone and in person. The mechanical team was prompt and fixed the issue I had within 15 minutes of my walking in.
