No stars at all for this seller! I had quite a negative experience. Late June, 2025, I purchased, through Amazon, an outdoor canopy. Because it was the wrong color, the item was promptly returned. Nevertheless, I received no refund/credit. I was asked to submit proof of return, which I did (Fedex tracking no.)--still no refund. Intentionally misleading marketing images lead me to buy their fencing product. Only after I requested to return was I informed that prepaid shipping was not available. Or will cost me as much as the product to return for the full refund. Not honest, don't stand behind their business, and they simply do not care.
