My car needed some work on it over the late summer and early autumn. I had a coil go on me while I was exiting my parking space, and called Glen up for a diagnostic, he was able to diagnose a misfire and replace the coil within a few days. I also decided to get my car serviced, which was done whilst I could work at home. My brake pads and alternator belt were also sorted, as were my rear lights. Absolutely brilliant. Rang them with a problem, they were here within half an hour - problem solved at a reasonable price within an hour of calling them. Would definitely use again.
Staying at the Premier Inn and my car wouldn't start. Rang up these guys and they where here within an hour. Really nice guys who managed to get the car started again. Explained to me what went wrong and what I needed to get fixed. Didnt overcharge and where very honest and friendly guys. Would recommend to everyone.
We phoned Glen early morning regarding non start of our vehicle and he called round to our house within the hour diagnosing after inspection our car battery was low on charge and he was able to start up the engine advising a long run around to fully charge this. We found Glen to be very friendly and trustworthy offering good advice and the charge was just for his call-out. Called EK out to my car which wouldn't start. He arrived at the time agreed on and diagnosed the fault through the computer. The car was referred to a recommended garage for further repair and is now back on the road. Thanks.
