Super clean, very knowledgeable staff, overall not a lot of machines. This is a place where you can expect some personal attention. It is not for the person that wants to hop on a treadmill at the cheapest price and does not need any fitness coaching. The monthly dues are not too bad...about $50. A day pass is $12, which seems a little steep, but again...
Nice place. Has all the equipment you need. Clean. Has in house physical therapy.
