Ek Chai Kahani is truly a wonderful place for chai lovers! Their masala tea is absolutely amazing — perfectly brewed, rich in aroma, and beautifully balanced with spices. It’s strong, flavorful, and incredibly refreshing. Every sip feels comforting and clearly made with care and quality ingredients. The snacks here are just as good. The onion samosa is excellent — crispy, fresh, and generously filled, making it a perfect match with the chai. They also serve bun maska, which is soft, buttery, and lightly sweet — a classic c... read more
Visited EK Chai Kahani in Surrey recently and honestly, this place is such a refreshing addition for chai and pure veg food lovers 🌱☕ First of all, everything here is 100% vegetarian, which is a huge plus for the veg community in Surrey. The space is cozy, clean, and perfect for a casual chai break with friends or even a small date night vibe. Here’s what we tried: 🥟 Aloo Samosa – $3.99 Crispy on the outside, nicely spiced filling inside. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. 🥣 Dahi Papdi – $8.99 Balanced sweet and tan... read more
Delicious Indian food in Surrey! Service was so kind and efficient. Lots of seating and clean environment. Perfect to come solo, with friends or a group. I tried an assortment of food and was blown away the flavors. Everything came out hot. Ginger chai - so good and smooth. Ginger gave it a nice kick and uniqueness. Mango lassi - good, nice and thick. Always love the mango flavors. Spicy potato stack toasty - loved the grilled sandwich style. So tasty and filling. On the spicier side but I loved it. Paneer paradise - an... read more
Tried Ek Chai Kahani for the first time and had a really good experience. The cafe is cozy and comfortable, especially nice on a rainy day. Everything we ordered was vegetarian, which was a big plus. The onion samosa was crispy and flavorful, and the chaat items were fresh and well made. The Chotu’s Special toast and paneer dish were filling and tasted good. Chai was nice and strong, and the iced coffee was refreshing. Overall, a nice place to relax and enjoy snacks and tea. Would visit again.
Enjoyed my experience here! Such a cozy spot to chill with friends over chai and snacks. The seating is comfy and relaxed. We tried a bunch of dishes — pani puri, dhokla, dahi papdi, Chotu’s sandwich special, and chilli garlic Maggi (Raman with Indian flavours) — and honestly enjoyed everything! Some of them were totally new to me, but they were all so tasty. Perfect place to hang out, try something different, and enjoy good food and chai!
