WARNING - DO NOT GO HERE These guys are crooks! Please read the reviews first. I left my car to get new brakes and left with more issues. My car started making noises whilst driving. Never had that before. Took it back they said I needed all this work done and new control arms, which seems to be a recurring issue with these crooks. Went for a pink slip and once again more issues. I tried a different mechanic who checked everything, there was nothing wrong with my car! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
Can’t choose zero stars so it has to be one. I bought 4 tyres from this place a few months ago, then I got a flat and needed one new tyre. rang at opening time, and through their records they worked out I was an existing customer, told me to come ‘any time after 2’. I turned up at 2:05 to be told they’d been busy so the boys had just started lunch, meaning I would have to wait an hour for them to do a 15 minute job. I asked why he didn’t ring me. I was approached on the street by Alex an older gentlemen who claimed to be the owner. He tried selling me a coupon which seemed good at first and I was interested. However he started discounting and telling me all the benefits. It sounded a bit too good to be true. I said I’d think about it. As soon as I said that he became super aggressive. The cheap service coupon seems to be a way of luring people in and charging them an arm and a leg afterwards with hidden costs.
Had a flat tire due to a nail just as I was about to get onto the highway and luckily found EK tyre repair. These guys were so efficient, fast and kind - fixed my tyre in 15 mins and gave me a discount. Thank you for your amazing service! 🤩
