I have been going to EK ever since moving to Chicago six years ago. I had a break emergency and they took me in even though they were closed, since then I have been a loyal customer even though I have moved further away from the shop I still pass plenty of places to get to them because they really do care. Also, the shop is the coolest shop I've been to or seen.
We bought an older Ford SUV. Remy, Marshall and the techs at Ek have always been honest when servicing our vehicle. They have been our mechanics for my husband and I for over 10 years now. As another reviewer said on here Ek is honest. They never tell you that your car needs more work than it does. For a couple like my husband and I that know nothing about vehicles that matters.
