Took reel in for service and they looked at it right away and let me watch as they worked on it. Unfortunately it has to go back to Penn due to being under warranty and needing upgraded parts. Could not have asked for better service!

We always go to EJW's when we go to beach. They have a wide variety of popular merchandise. I called there today looking for a specific Yeti cup/color and a very helpful gentleman named Michael went above and beyond looking for the cup for me!
