I strongly caution anyone considering this office to double-check their insurance coverage independently before booking. My experience here left me feeling completely misled and taken advantage of financially. When I initially booked my appointment, the staff assured me that annual check-ups would be covered by insurance. At no point during scheduling did they disclose that they were actually out-of-network for my plan.
