I had been waiting 6 days for the rental company to send someone. I got a call in the morning from this company and was told a tech would contact me. He did and within an hour Edgar was here. He did amazing work cleaning my unit. Replaced my thermostat. He took pictures of what the problems were to show me. They did not leave til he knew the unit was working properly. He was polite, professional and pleasure to have him work on my unit. His assistant was on task and friendly. Highly recommend his company.
