This was hands down the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a legal service. Promised call-backs that happened hours and hours later, excuses about being ‘too busy,’ and then being told I didn’t have to use their services after pointing out the lack of professionalism. Immigration law requires precision, respect, and urgency. None of which I saw here. If you value your time and sanity, look elsewhere. You are part of the reasons why it’ll be hard for blacks to support black businesses.
