Your tech Husam Khan was awesome. He arrived early and explained the process with clarity. He was polite, and nice to talk with as well. The company should be proud to have such a dedicated worker with a clean and organized service van. I have been a tech for 40 years and I really don’t see this kind of service with a smile much anymore. I will be putting your company’s info in my personel and work contact list. I work for Raiser Property Management which runs around 1 million square feet of commercial space. Thank you !!

Very disappointed with my recent “appointment.” I called for a tankless water heater flush, made an appt days in advance, waited through the noon to five window. When the technician arrived at 3pm he said he couldn’t do the work, stayed for 5 min and said that he could only give me an invoice. Very disappointed in this service. Seems to have declined since my last service with EJ years ago.

Husam was very polite, and helpful. He quickly replaced the broken flush valve and took a reading of the water pressure coming into the house

EJ Plumbing has always provided great service, from intake to cost to complete service. We scheduled a water heater flush, was provided a great promo price, and it was done quickly in about 20 min. Husam was our technician. He was friendly, efficient, considerate to our home, and provided tons of great information regarding the ongoing care of all our heater, water fixtures, pipes, as well as provided detailed updates on changes to local codes.
