I scheduled an appointment with them and was given and 12 -5pm window. They called about 4pm to tell me they couldn't make it. This was most unfortunate as I left work early to meet them. They offer few options other than to schedule for another day - which wasn't possible after taking the afternoon off. I will use another service in the future.
Plumber was great, knowledgeable helpful and friendly. Call center got our address wrong delaying the repair and almost had to cancel , call center also got email wrong but we corrected
