Horrible landlord. Gross. Will try and rip you off any chance he gets. He will rent to anybody, so your neighbors are always the worst. Nothing really ever gets fixed even with the maintenance coming by. And you can only pay your rent online, which cost $30
Mr Thomas and miss Lynn are two of the best people you ever want to know I love them guys
Mr. Todd is very unprofessional and unethical in his dealings with prospective tenants. I don't know why he's a landlord.
Me and my fiance submitted an application and didn't hear from Mr Todd for 2 weeks so we found something else and then after we told him that, he continued to call and harass us from numerous different numbers and then threatened to call children services on us only because we chose not to rent from his company. I highly recommend not to do business with this company!!!
