Had an excellent experience with Joe! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my upstairs unit and replaced the capacitor, and took time to verify it was still under warranty. He also checked rhe downstairs unit, and now I’m confident both units will get me through the winter. Highly recommend for dependable HVAC service.
