Im not sure who this guy is, if he is a dental assistant or the actual dentist, but i think his name was kevin, he’s bald, and has a long mustache. But when i went to go get my teeth checked i was very uncomfortable, with him and his other dental assistant, they made me feel very uncomfortable, the way they were talking to me, and the way they were asking me questions. Excelente atención y servicio.
Received my dentures today. They fit and I'm pretty happy about everything. They did a great job!
I've had good experiences with this dentist office previously. But the past two times I've been there, they've made me wait in the dentist chair entirely too long before a dentist came in. Last time it was around an hour. This time, as I currently in the chair, it's going on 40 minutes. I am starting to wonder, is this classic overbooking? Either way, it seems a little excessive of a wait. If this pattern continues, I will find a new dentist. Having said all that, everyone seems nice and polite.
