Received my dentures today. They fit and I'm pretty happy about everything. They did a great job!
I've had good experiences with this dentist office previously. But the past two times I've been there, they've made me wait in the dentist chair entirely too long before a dentist came in. Last time it was around an hour. This time, as I currently in the chair, it's going on 40 minutes. I am starting to wonder, is this classic overbooking? Either way, it seems a little excessive of a wait. If this pattern continues, I will find a new dentist. Having said all that, everyone seems nice and polite. For whatever reason my review was removed. Front desk Tati and Carmen? 5 star service Everytime in person or on the phone. Dr.Alan restores my faith in dentistry when I've had the good grace of enjoying his services. The reason for the star missing is a specific dentist who doesn't tell you what he's doing and asks you to endure the pain when asked to stop. I hope my review stays up so people know to request a nice dentist.
