I've had good experiences with this dentist office previously. But the past two times I've been there, they've made me wait in the dentist chair entirely too long before a dentist came in. Last time it was around an hour. This time, as I currently in the chair, it's going on 40 minutes. I am starting to wonder, is this classic overbooking? For whatever reason my review was removed. Front desk Tati and Carmen? 5 star service Everytime in person or on the phone. Dr.Alan restores my faith in dentistry when I've had the good grace of enjoying his services. The reason for the star missing is a specific dentist who doesn't tell you what he's doing and asks you to endure the pain when asked to stop. I hope my review stays up so people know to request a nice dentist.
I would like to take the time to thank the front staff and all the Dentist the whole staff if a perfect team working together the very courteous very caring they accommodate you with your appointments. My cleaning today was super great with Dee She was so nice and gentle 5 years I've been coming here and has been the absolute best and im so thankful I finally saw her. You can feel her kindness through her work Thank you
