The ladies were very helpful with selecting the hair I needed to do my girls braids. They gave very useful tips and suggestions as I was a first time braided. They are the sweetest ladies! Definitely will be back
Horrible customer service. Or should I say lack thereof. The lady that was there was so rude she didn’t say hello and was watching me the entire time like I was going to steal. They are also overpriced. She was very mean. The prices aren’t listed on the products, so you have to go up to her and ask what’s the price 🤷♀️. I went to this place to support black business and they have lost 3 potential big paying clients. I won’t be back and won’t refer anyone to come here.
