Our service man was Nick came into our home, Look at our freezer told us it would cost us $500 and that it was a 50-50 chance that it would Work. This disappointment was that he charged us $135 for less than five minutes To tell us that it was partially unrepairable. I would’ve been happy to pay $25 bucks to hear that but no $135 is a bit too steep for me. Serviceperson arrived promptly and took over an hour to repair one stovetop burner. The job was a 10 minute fix. After he fixed it, he made himself look busy. $160 for the repair was extremely excessive. I would never use such an overpriced service. They took advantage of a 70 year old elder.
Gary is top notch! This is the second time I've used EandJ. The first time was on a speed queen stackable and this time on a GE cafe refrigerator. Gary was very knowledgeable and so pleasant. Thank you for having appliance techs that are expert diagnosticians. 100% professional and honest. Would recommend them to anyone.
