Serviceperson arrived promptly and took over an hour to repair one stovetop burner. The job was a 10 minute fix. After he fixed it, he made himself look busy. $160 for the repair was extremely excessive. I would never use such an overpriced service. They took advantage of a 70 year old elder.
Gary is top notch! This is the second time I've used EandJ. The first time was on a speed queen stackable and this time on a GE cafe refrigerator. Gary was very knowledgeable and so pleasant. Thank you for having appliance techs that are expert diagnosticians. 100% professional and honest. Would recommend them to anyone.
We had an issue with our refrigerator ice maker. E&J was recommended and did not disappoint. The tech, Jason, was a pleasure to work with and quickly made the necessary repairs. The cost was reasonable, too. A+
When the heating elements of my electronic conduction cooktop stopped working, I called E&J and scheduled a service appointment. After examining the cooktop, the technician concluded that the entire cooktop was kaput. He told me it would be more costly to have it repaired than to replace and that, if I purchased a new cooktop, E&J would install it and the cost of the service fee would be deducted from the cost of installation.
