The management of these buildings are Fabulous! Always on top of repairs and maintaining the cleanliness of the properties. Alicia is always kind and efficient.
EIWO has always treated me good I’ve lived at their apartment for years. Whenever I’ve had an issue, my amazing property manager Alicia always helped. And it never took long for a problem to be fixed. The building was always kept clean. And the grounds were always kept. I would recommend them.
I have lived at 196 Erie avenue for over 10 years. I was looking for a clean apartment that was under 1000.00 per month. When I first moved in it was great had a wonderful man named Lionel who was very vigilant in maintaining the building, ie repairs, keeping it very clean, was very friendly did not tolerate any nonsense. Their website says they "boast a very low vacancy rate because we maintain our properties to the highest standards...We believe in being proactive and hands-on in our management...to make sure that both parties are looked after...we’ve become experts at what we do." This is not true, for all their buildings at least. From my experience living at Oakland Drive in Hamilton for 6 years, this building does not appear to be maintained to the highest standards, nor is anything done proactively.
