Friendly, concerned. So busy it is difficult to get an appointment
Had Moh's surgery, went very smoothly. Excellent care . Wound checks after surgery, PA and nurses professional. took great care of my wound. Also Checking in, staff is polite and efficient.
. One issue caught my attention and that was " THIS IS A CASH PAY OFFICE, WE DO NOT AUTO BILL INSURANCE COMPANIES. " I assumed such and proceeded to be taken back to a exam room. Before I was consulted by a physician or even told about the different procedures available and what might work best for me, I was read a disclaimer form for Botox, asked to sign the waiver and told the doctor would be right in. They don't give enough room here to explain what happened, so take my advise, shop around!
