I'm scheduled for surgery with Dr. Ingall in a few weeks. So far I'm very impressed with him and the entire Baylor Healthcare System. Since my first appointment, registration, preop, even the questions I ask on the portal... Everything has been so smooth. I'm looking forward to my surgery, I feel like I'll be in good hands and thats what I was looking for when I was searching for someone to do my surgery. I'll come back and update after surgery.
Dr. Ingall fixed my pilon fracture several months ago, and I was delighted with him, both as a surgeon and a person. I immediately trusted his expertise to address a very serious injury and get me back to full mobility as soon as possible.
Dr Ingall is gem of a person. You got to be lucky to have him as your doctor. Great bedside manners and very confident with his diagnosis. He makes you feel comfortable.. Highly recommend him for any foot and ankle related injuries.
