After 3 months and 2 different pairs of glasses that didn't work, I went to another eye doctor who gave me another exam and the correct RX. My husband's glasses didn’t work for him either, but he didn't want to deal with the BS and didn't complain or get it fixed. Calls were not returned and staff seemed annoyed by my recurring attempts to get updates. When the 2nd pair of glasses didn't work, the eye doctor said "Are you sure the issue isn't in your head?"

Not only are the ladies at the front absolutely lovely but Katie, Mary, and the nurses are incredibly professional, kind, and patient. If I could give the clinic 10 stars I would.

Last year, I saw Mary Rhodes PA and had such an amazing experience. She listened to all of my problems, did not judge at all and showed compassionate care. Today, I had an appointment with Amit Garg and hated my experience. The other staff was truly amazing and made me feel comfortable while the Dr was extremely monotone and very snarky. Was not compassionate at all and did not know how to be personable with his patients. Would NEVER go back and see him.

I just left my first eye doctor appointment, and let me say: IT WAS AMAZING! From start to finish, you are treated like royalty and also a long-time friend by the staff. This experience literally made my day.
