Awful, I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR THEIR SERVICE AND THEY SUBMITTED THE WRONG CODES TO QUEST LABS. I paid cash in the office and then I received a mail with an invoice. Not only that, the staff submitted the wrong codes to quest diagnostic, resulting in me paying 130 $ for a lab test the should've been free. Even the insurance call center told me they did it wrong and that should've been free for me. Dont use this service

Doctor Eisman was probably a great doctor when he was younger. I really liked him but he was a little forgetful & close to retirement. However the real problem with his office are the idiots they have working the desk. Not only are they rude & disrespectful but they are also inefficient. They mix up your appointments and when you show up, guess what, there's no appt. and when you don't show (because you didn't have an appt.) they charge you for a missed appointment. Superior care. I'm always impressed with how much time he spends with me.
Dr. Eisman is an amazing doctor. He's professional, caring, and kind. I drive 135 miles to go see him, because he's such a good doctor. His staff however lacks training however. The women in the front office are disrespectful and do not know anything about customer service. One of them had loud conversations over the phone about patients, loudly discussing patients with other offices, relaying personal information, names, age, and insurance id. This is totally unprofessional. The nurse is nice.
