I reached out to Mr. Eisinger to get a quote for legal services related to creating a condominium association. The attorney sent me an estimate, but I never hired him, signed a retainer, or authorized any legal work to begin. Despite this, I later received a $1,000 bill for services that were never rendered. I find this behavior highly unethical and misleading. Be very cautious before engaging with this firm—they may try to charge you even if no work is done and no agreement is in place.

I normally do not write reviews but I have to share my amazing experience with Eisinger Law. I am the President of the Board for a condominium association. Not an easy task. I inherited really bad problems from the previous board that had gone on for years. Among them very complex litigation and various collection cases. No attorney the previous Board hired before got any results. I trusted Dennis Eisinger’s advice as I tried to buy property in Florida as a foreigner. He strongly encouraged me to trust the sellers, assuring me that my $300,000 deposit would be safely held in escrow and that everything was secure. „They are really good boys and I admire what they do, this is why I support them“ was what he told me. I attended the Board meeting at Winston Towers 100. Alejandro Alonso, Esq. presented the facts according to law. The people who have written negative comments against him are ridiculous, because they don't control the board and have the majority vote needed to do as they wish. They are afraid of what may be discovered while they were in control of the Board. Mr. Alonso acted honorably and lashing out against him is abominable.
