Only the best in care at this facility. I hate going to the doctor but feel safe, comfortable, clean, and well taken care of at this clinic.
Do not try to call this office - they simply never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, EVER have a provider who is accepting new patients. I've called every few months for YEARS as there are several providers here that friends have recommended, but none of them are accepting patients. Eisenhower is simply unable in every way, on every level, in any capacity, to keep up with the demand of patient care in the valley.
whatever you do, do not try to call this place to change an appointment. you press 3 and then it sends you back to the main prompt. again and again. if you try to use 1 they will tell you to select three. when you say it doesn’t work they say there is nothing they can do. why make it so difficult.
I've had nothing but great interaction at this location, both in person and virtually. The medical staff is great. Even when I don't appear in person and need something virtually, they are quick to answer and always help give me the answers I need or point me in the direction I need, to find the answers I'm looking for. I would like to list specific people, but I fear I will miss some and fail to include them all - everyone so far has been excellent.
