My PCP is great But the admin are horrible. I have had a routine physical scheduled and canceled and rescheduled three times over the past four months and this is unacceptable. Only the best in care at this facility. I hate going to the doctor but feel safe, comfortable, clean, and well taken care of at this clinic.
Do not try to call this office - they simply never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, EVER have a provider who is accepting new patients. I've called every few months for YEARS as there are several providers here that friends have recommended, but none of them are accepting patients. Eisenhower is simply unable in every way, on every level, in any capacity, to keep up with the demand of patient care in the valley.
whatever you do, do not try to call this place to change an appointment. you press 3 and then it sends you back to the main prompt. again and again. if you try to use 1 they will tell you to select three. when you say it doesn’t work they say there is nothing they can do. why make it so difficult.
