Dr Abubakar and Mike were just great. Best primary care facility i have ever been to. As my wife said the doc was a breath of fresh air. Mike did everything before doc came couldn't have been nicer. The facility on third was amazing as we're all the people working there. Thanks Fred Clor
The physicians and nursing staff are very professional. The problem is that it is very difficult to make an appointment because the scheduling staff never answers the phone or returns calls. It is also difficult to have them respond to the pharmacy or to patients who need to have prescriptions updated. For these reasons I can only give this location a one star rating.
I chose well when I selected Dr. Yeretzian to be my primary care doctor. Her thorough examination of me in an early morning appointment led me to the Eisenhower ER later that day and then onto a short hospitalization to correct a medical problem that I didn’t even know I had - which could have taken my life if not addressed quickly. Her thorough examination and compassion were incredible. And extra thanks to her staff who found an appointment right away for me, in spite of a packed schedule.
