This is my last time here. Appt and still 30 plus min to wait. LABCORP IS BEST. NEVER MORE THAN 5 MIN WAIT WITH APPT. Eisenhower should be ashamed of this service as it is so below the standard. Why do they run so far behind and what is the purpose of having an appt??.
Highly ridiculous process, check in, sit, get wrist banded, wait.. even with appointments!! Eisenhower should use labcorp!! Faster and so much easier process
Wait time with or without appointment over 45 min. 3 times this has happened to me. I asked if my chart said, she waits. Rough treatment by lab tech, asked her to be kind. Left my vein bruised and a lot of blood on swab.
