This is my stepson’s account . I wish I could leave 0 stars. I had a form from my primary clearly stating I had neck and knee pain. The receptionist said the doctor put my wrong dob on the form and that I needed a new one. I suggested we just update the form ourselves or that she put the correct date into her computer. She said no, a new form. I had to drive to the doctor’s office for a new one, in pain. I bring back the new form and she says it’s not signed by the doctor just the PA. The CT operator and his assistant would choose their preferred next patient, not by the appointment scheduled time but by their choice. Appointments scheduled for one hour after my scheduled appointment, 6 of these patients were chosen ahead of my scheduled time. When I asked why I had to sit and wait for one hour while these 6 others were chosen before me, they shrugged their shoulders and mumbled nothing. No reason, no apologies. Thank you to the friendly front desk who answered my calls promptly and were able to give accurate information. Thank you to the patient aides who lessened my tension. Finally, thank you to the wonderful technicians who, in such a caring way, were able to and took the time to situate my body in the least painful way for the MRI and put the ear phones and head phones on without me asking. You all made it possible for me to get my MRI done in the quickest time possible.
