Scheduling nightmare for MRI. Called 3 times very disorganized. Decided to schedule with another local imaging facility where the staff was much friendlier and promptly scheduled me .

My Chest CT Scan was done 7 days ago. The images have been available for 5 days, but to this day my primary care Doc and I are still waiting for the images to be read and detailed by a radiologist. Everyone I call at Eisenhower says “ oh that’s an outside provider, we have no control over that part..”. That results in lousy patient care.

I was referred to Eisenhower Imaging at the end of July for a renal scan. Once they received the order, I was called to schedule an appointment however I was unable to answer the phone. I have called twice requesting a call back and never received one. Today (09/10/2024), I was in the area and walked into the office to actually schedule an appointment. I was turned away and told I had to call. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. Apparently they’re too busy to perform the procedure.

My husband and I have been here several times, and it has become our preferred test facility. The staff is friendly and efficient. Our wait times have always been short, even without appointments. We'll be back.
