Be prepared to write several emails & make at least two inquiries via your pharmacy to get your meds refilled. Then when frustrated because your emails aren't actually read, you get told your tone & attitude are bad. AS IF, we are accept ongoing incompetence as normal & not finally get angry with wasting our time. My refills are delayed, two scripts had errors that I couldn't get fixed over emails, then I got a lecture over the phone.
