Extremely disappointing experience when I turned for help with a hip problem. Misdiagnosed as bursitis. Physical therapy and cortisone injection brought no relief from pain. Difficult to make follow up appointments, no urgency whatsoever. The PA I saw doesn't listen and conveyed an attitude that you were absolutely not a priority. Weeks passed between scheduling diagnostic procedures (scans). Days turn to weeks for procedures to be scheduled.
