We flew in from the east coast to get a tour. Other family drove 4 hours to Denver for a 9am appointment. The executive director, Buffy, ghosted us. We knocked but no one was there except the very polite groundskeeper. We called, virtual assistant and not able to speak to anyone. We rang the video doorbell, didn’t even get a response. We called Buffy and she forwarded our calls. We coordinated with her months in advance. It really was so heartbreaking for our bride. Really hard day for our family. So upsetting.
