I have never seen the same doctor twice so it is impossible to establish a relationship with a family doctor. That said, the medical care is good and I appreciate access to MyChart.
Dr guy said a numb nose or top of head wasn’t a common issue to anything she ever heard of in her 25 years of service. Bedside manners could’ve been more appropriate. I added a picture so you can see she was wrong. She made my partner feel like she was making up how she felt and didn’t know what to do for her. Very dismissive and not willing to explain the possibility of what it could be. Not how you would want to be treated when you’re already scared of your symptoms and how you feel.
When we were going there we loved it, easy to get appointments and the staff was kind but then they messed up my infant twins vaccine schedule and messed up one of their entire vaccine records and took no accountability and basically said there was nothing they would do. If you go here, get your own record of everything every single time so you have proof because they are unreliable and don’t know how to document things correctly.
