We had such a great experience with Steve. This is the second time we have used Eisenhour to do the flooring in our home. Both times were very positive experiences. Steve was very patient with me when I went to his store multiple times to spend hours looking at all the floor samples, bring a bunch home and then repeat 4-5 times. Steve was attentive, quick to respond to texts and came to my house a couple times to check things out personally and make sure we were doing exactly what I wanted. I didn’t know anything about picking out new flooring but Steve talked me through it and had all the samples for me to take home and see what I liked best. Once we selected our material, we were scheduled quickly and the process was so smooth! Install guys were quick and efficient and we love our new floors!
Eisenhour Hardwood Floors did an exceptional job from helping us choose the best flooring for our home through the installation. Communication was flawless and timely and the installers were courteous professionals that were always on time. We had them install over 1000 sqft in 3 separate rooms over the course of several days and each night they cleaned up our home before the left for the evening. Top notch company which is hard to find these days.
Eisenhour Hardwood Floors was amazing to work with during our remodel. This is our second time to go through a remodel and we have dealt with several different companies along our journey. Their work ethic and attention to detail was outstanding. Steve and his team, Nate and Brian, were highly experienced and knowledgeable. They are extremely organized and delivered on every time frame they provided. Our floors are absolutely beautiful and would highly recommend Eisenhour Hardwood Floors to anyone!
