Have used them as my dentist for over 20plus years and the providers are gentle and courteous. Sometimes the front office in the past was rude/ curt but none of the dentist or hygienist had such issues. Have stuck to them for several years as I’m happy with their service
I have never written a negative review before online, but I have to say that the way I was treated at this practice was unlike anything I have ever experienced. The front desk and dentist were so absolutely unprofessional and genuinely mean that I truly couldn’t believe it. Absolutely horrible front desk experience. I honestly don’t understand why these people work in a customer-facing role. My previous dentist had sent my records securely through an encrypted portal, but the front desk claimed they “couldn’t download” them. I then emailed a zip file — and they still said they couldn’t open it. What kind of computer in 2025 can’t download a zip file in an email? It’s 25MB of x rays, so no I’m not going to send them over email without compressing it. They don’t even have Wi-Fi, which makes thing... read more
Extremely hostile towards patients. Incompetence probably veering on medical malpractice. This dentist should lose all their certifications and their insurance carrier should reassess the risk they are taking by covering this dentist.
Summary: dental assistant was nice, front office staff was okay, dentists were bad (total lack of boundaries) Edit: I originally wrote this review thinking there was a misdiagnosis, but I am editing to clear that accusation---I think they were right about teeth grinding.
