Extremely hostile towards patients. Incompetence probably veering on medical malpractice. This dentist should lose all their certifications and their insurance carrier should reassess the risk they are taking by covering this dentist.
Summary: dental assistant was nice, front office staff was okay, dentists were bad (total lack of boundaries) Edit: I originally wrote this review thinking there was a misdiagnosis, but I am editing to clear that accusation---I think they were right about teeth grinding. I should have left this practice and written a poor review long ago. All I can say is TERRIBLE! I finally left after an insurance issue, years of consistent appalling front desk attitude problems and the final straw was shocking, uncaring response to a dental emergency they caused! HORRIBLE! Be warned!
The secretary Jody is utterly useless.
