I should have left this practice and written a poor review long ago. All I can say is TERRIBLE! I finally left after an insurance issue, years of consistent appalling front desk attitude problems and the final straw was shocking, uncaring response to a dental emergency they caused! HORRIBLE! Be warned!
The secretary Jody is utterly useless.
Summary: dental assistant was nice, front office staff was okay, dentists were wildly bad (bad misdiagnosis + total lack of boundaries) I went in three times about a year ago. I had really bad tooth pain and one of the dentists had me x-rayed twice on the same side of my mouth, since I came in twice for the same problem. Both times he was very dismissive of my pain (he told me I was grinding my teeth) and lasted less than five minutes in the room. incredibly rude staff - unprofessional and can't be bothered to do their job
Absolutely terrible front desk. Why they have this person working for them is truly astounding. Will pay out of pocket to avoid going to them.
