They almost ruined our vacation. We were looking forward to dropping off our cat here. They have hours from 9-12 and 4-6. No issues there. We got to the kennel at 11:30a and rang the bell as the sign said....and rang and rang and rang. Then we banged on the door and banged and banged and banged....still no answer. I went around back yelling "hello" with no answer. this went on for nearly 20 minutes. I then called the phone number 4 times....answering machine so I left a message. We left and fortunately found another kennel a... read more
