We contracted Eiseman Construction to replace our roof and, while the roof was open, have them insert two much-needed large support beams around our attic dormer window--which could only be inserted when the roof shingles were off. For reasons unknown to us, they chose to skip that part of the job. They didn't insert the support beams, and when asked, they lied and said it was done.
