Dr. John is not a good match for me. I did not trust most things she said and recommended. I feel I did not get a thorough exam, mostly talked about getting routine procedures.

I found Dr. John to be unprofessional and inattentive. She hardly listened to my answers to her questions and was dismissive of any concerns I had. The office was disorganized and even had the nerve to make me pay a copay for a follow up phone call about my test results.

Very happy with Dr John. She is very professional and competent, the phlebotomist was careful and painless.
If you are looking for a doctor who will listen to your needs and work with you G ELSEWHERE. Teamwork and compassion are not part of this practice. Issues like withholding medication and not prescribing the best available medications are common for this practice. In my opinion, there are many better choices for primary medical care than Valley Medical (Radburn Medical Associates). The last good doctor they had was Edward Radell who left the practice years ago for reasons he shared with me.
