I started to go to Caroline about 5 months ago. I had been to Chiropractors for many years but wanted to try something less invasive. At first I wasn't sure Osteopathy was right for me as it seemed like not much was done, but I quickly learned how much I like it. It has improved my back so much. Caroline is great and very personable. I highly recommend giving her a try. I go regularly now & look forward to my visits.

I have been seeing Caroline to improve mobility in my neck and hips. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, she is gentle and always makes me feel comfortable. If you are interested in trying osteopathy treatments but are nervous about the process, she will make you feel at ease.

I went to see Caroline for help with hip and sciatica pain that had been bothering me for a long time. Caroline immediately made me feel comfortable and thoroughly addressed all of my issues. She gave me a lot of insight into imbalances in my body that made me more mindful of my posture. Within a couple of treatments my pain was gone and I felt much less tension in my body.
