Daughter had first OB/GYN appt in this KOP office. Receptionist was rude, not welcoming and seemed bothered when we went to check in. Not a great first impression. Doctor and other staff were nice but disappointed they did not have the proper equipment to do an internal ultrasound - how is this! My daughter has to schedule another appointment to have this done!
This office I will give 5 stars too! Michelle Barcus is the best! Makes feel relaxed in the room and has the best bedside manner that Drs should have. I've seen other physicians at this office as well and they are professional as well! Just don't go to East Norriton behind Einstein hospital. Worst time management there!
