Was very disappointed with this office! The first appointment was a consultation, second appointment was the ultrasound, third appointment was a review of the ultrasound. I’m not sure why so many appointments? . I then found out that the Dr. doesn’t perform the procedure in the office, done only in the hospital. From there I was informed that I would need a ride to and from appointment due to anesthesia, was surprised, as with previous procedures like this, I haven’t needed anesthesia . I had a procedure done and was told to come back for a post-op visit. When I came back they billed my insurance which shouldn't happened because it was a Post-op visit. I complained but no one seems to want to correct the problem.

Easy parking,close to home, Dr. Nadia Awad was recommended by my cardiologist so I went there. Happy to here I had no blood clots,the tech who did my ultrasound wasn't the friendly type but she completed her job. Disappointed that I had to have my cardiologist call them to get the ultrasound report. Then I had a appt for 4/19/21 at 12:45, they confirmed my appt by text the day before, then again on the 19th around 9:30am, then just as I was going to drive into their parking lot they called me on my cell phone to cancel my ap... read more
