My mother is a patient here and I am never able to get in contact with the doctor or and of the staff for that matter.
Just like the other reviews no one answers the phone and Einstein does not care either.
Horrible place. They don't even answer the phone when you call. It continuously rings then hangs up on you. I can't even get the medication I need & I'm in pain. I'm going to report to Better Business Bureau/Medical Board as well because this is beyond unacceptable. What's the point of having a practice if NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! Called to try to make an appointment and the woman who answered my call was super rude - sounded like she hate her job. If you hate your job so much then get a new one. I don’t even want to go here anymore because of her. How about you get a new job that you enjoy instead
Dr. Thress is an incredible doctor. However, I have been calling the office for three straight months trying to discuss my test results and schedule a follow-up. NO ONE will answer the phone. Given the importance of the kidneys to one's health, you'd expect them to follow-up or at least ANSWER the phone. I can't even message through the patient portal.
