Dr. Thress is an incredible doctor. However, I have been calling the office for three straight months trying to discuss my test results and schedule a follow-up. NO ONE will answer the phone. Given the importance of the kidneys to one's health, you'd expect them to follow-up or at least ANSWER the phone. I can't even message through the patient portal.
This office is a complete disaster, no calls answered, no messages returned, if you in pain they will turn you away-the most sadistic office I know.
Today was my first time being seen by Lauren Gleich DO and she's absolutely wonderful! We need more people like her in this world to help us feel better and know that there are amazing people that you can count on and actually care about their patients. Thank you so much and it was such a great pleasure meeting you!
Good luck if you need to reach and speak to someone at Dr Ginzburg office! I have been calling and waiting on line for over 30 minutes
Doctors and Nurse Practitioners here are great, but the staff is not. My appointments were rescheduled without anyone notifying me 3 times in a row - that's 3 times at 6 month intervals - a year and a half straight of appointments shifting without any notice given to me. The excuse of "new software" is entirely valid for a little while, but not for 18 months. It is incredibly inconsiderate and disrespectful to neglect your patients' time like this.
