I made an appointment in January to see Dr Friedlander for a kidney stone I had. I’ve had many stones and have had a lithotripsy done by Dr Sterious from the same office. I was called by the office on MARCH 2nd and asked why I was coming in. I told them kidney stones. I was then asked “do I have a stone currently or did I pass it?” I told them I passed it in February but would like to see if there are anymore. I would not recommend this office! Office staff was horrible. It’s not my fault your people messed up and never called us to cancel our appointment we had because your dr had an emergency. Then we have to wait in pain for weeks for another appointment. Then you Treat us like we are the issue! They were so rude!
