Einstein Pros installed our mini splits and we are thrilled with them. Quiet as can be and super easy to use. They answer their phones immediately and any questions are quickly answered. I’ve always seen their vans around town. Now I know why. They’ve very good at what they do.
Einstein Plumbing has been great. We have needed them twice in the last few months. I highly recommend them. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and informative. Wyatt, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We had some follow up questions and he was quick to respond and accommodate us. Thank you!
Stay away. I was billed $920 for 15 minutes of work. No clarity. Poor communication. Very much a scam job.
Extremely disappointing customer service . The rep barely spoke English and couldn't give any details on pricing. Used to be a great company..now not so much
