Steve was my plumber for years--always there when I needed him, did quality work for a reasonable rate. Then, a while back, I had him do a couple of little thi gs, one of which was to replace the cartridges in my upstairs bathroom taps. Long story short, he didn't do the new cartridge installation properly and I took the taps apart and reseated the cartridges myself a couple of weeks later. Steve has been my plumber since 2010. He has always been very professional and responsive to my needs. Probably not the cheapest, but definitely among the best!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I used Einstein Plumbing for a few years; he was always reliable for the most part, then last month he assured me he'd be here to carry out two tasks--never showed up, never called. Has ignored me ever since. It floors me how any business owner can have such little regard for loyal customers. If this is a common practice, he won't be in business much longer. I do NOT recommend this plumber. Find someone reliable.
