I'm a new patient at this location. I waited 3 weeks for my first appointment, which was today. The office called before 7:30 am and left a message that my appointment was canceled. I called back around 8:30 am to reschedule, and the appointment setter told me the next available was 7/2, another 3 weeks to wait for an appointment that they canceled. My goodness, this facility is amazing! Aside from the "mansion-like" aesthetics both outside and inside the facility, the service was impeccable! The front desk ladies were phenomenal and genuinely kind and understanding. Dr. Dupre is amazing! She genuinely seems to care about her patients. She herself was patient and kind and did not judge. I had a bad experience at Einstein emergency years back, but this location I'd love to make as my primary care. Thanks for not making my visit dreadful like all of my other appointments!
