Dr Sumin Park made me believe that my symptoms were in my head until I was diagnosed with severe preclampsia because she refused to take me seriously. She doesn't have the ability to make patients comfortable by listening to concerns. Very dismissive and "by the book". She wanted symptoms to present exactly how it was taught in a textbook before it was considered. Not helpful the obgyn do not listen to you i am having the worst experience here i wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy the doctor do not listen to you this is my second appointment where i was not heard my concerns was not addressed or anything

My experience with the front desk has been disappointing. Scheduling is unnecessarily difficult, and the staff often comes across as passive-aggressive rather than helpful. The office manager has been wonderful, and honestly, if I weren’t so far along in my pregnancy, I would have switched providers by now. (Upon further review seems like all the reviews are regarded unsatisfactory front desk experiences)

I was trying to establish care with one of their doctors. I was told they could not schedule a new patient annual appointment because “we don’t have their schedule for 2026” but when I looked online, I saw availability. So I called back. Spoke to the same girl that then hung up on me when I questioned the availability she gave. I was told I had to wait until February to call and hope I get an appointment in April. Delivered here after receiving prenatal care at the Germantown Pike/KOP offices. Jen was a compassionate and honest Nurse Midwife. Some issues with the office when establishing care. Rude receptionists and long wait times if you need to call their office. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes before someone answers. If you can look past this, Jen is worth seeing for care. They use a "hospitalist" style midwifery system for deliveries. Not what I wanted but all ended up going ok. I met the delivering midwife the day of my birth.... read more
