This is fantastic practice except this one old lady that mostly sits on the mid section of the front task. This facility will have far more positive reviews if it wasn’t for her tell you the truth. She seems entitled to something and her demeanor sets back this wonderful practice. I see many reviews regarding front desk and it looks like it all starts from her creating toxic work environment. She will talks behind on the patient’s back if that patient does not fit her profile or does not follow certain standard that she sets... read more

I called in to make an appointment today whoever I spoke to I wish I got the name. She was extremely ignorant and not professional! She hung up on me mid sentence. I as well work in the medical field and I would never treat anyone like that. 0/10 recommend I will be choosing a different place to get care!

I went into the obgyn office today after being told by another doctor that the problem I had was a problem for an obstetrician. The front desk ladies looked at me like I was crazy and just about laughed and told me if “YOU THINK it’s a problem you should go to the ER”. I don’t think it’s a problem, I know it’s a problem and was already told so. My uterus being halfway outside of my body absolutely is a problem. But to them I guess it’s not because they won’t consider seeing me.

I left this practice due to the incredibly rude, unhelpful, and uncompassionate front desk staff. I went to the emergency room where they uncovered a scary gynecological issue that may require surgery. There was nothing life threatening that day that required me to stay in the ER, but they advised I schedule an emergency appointment with my gynecologist for further testing and to make a plan. I called the office the next morning and requested an appointment. They advised they require managers approval for emergency appointme... read more

Lately, my interactions with the front desk have been very frustrating. The receptionists have been uncooperative and seem to be working against me rather than assisting me. It is beyond me how people lacking compassion are employed in a healthcare setting, but it appears this facility consistently hires such individuals to work the front desk. I would not recommend this place.
