Canceled my appointment the same day said they called received nothing if I could give zero stars I would…
My grandfather is in this hospital on 9 South with an infection. This is an IV antibiotic. The nurse didn’t put not mix it properly. As you can see all of the drug is left in the vial and the bag is empty which means my grandfather received little to no drug to treat his infection. I tried to speak to the evening nurse manager about it but she was too busy for me and continued talking to another nurse.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I received a call to confirm my gynecology appointment, and the receptionist was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to answer basic questions. When I asked for clarification, I was flat-out refused. I came in expecting actual medical care — not to be treated like an inconvenience. The doctor was supposed to examine me and address my concerns, yet no one wanted to do a proper evaluation.
