I just received a call from the neurologist office this is the third time I made an appointment and when it’s about to come up the rudest woman phoned me to tell me I would need everything from a referral to a blood test proving I have a diagnosis of seizures this individual interrupted me over four times placing me on hold once and coming back on the line telling me to start over my wife and I are shocked that with all the hospitals closing someone would treat a patient in this manner I don’t know if this was her real name ... read more
I have called the office multiple times (4+) and not once have I been able to speak to anyone. This is absolutely ridiculous that neither my husband nor I can speak to someone about his appointment and extremely TIME SENSITIVE PAPERWORK. I would like for some to reach out to me because this office is lacking when it comes to communication.
